I. Application of Transformer Oil Filtration Machine
Series NSH-VFD Transformer oil filtration machine is double-stage transformer oil purifier can quickly remove water, trace water, gas, particles as well as acetylene, hydrogen, methane and other harmful ingredients from oil effectively to improve oil’s dielectric strength, effectively making sure electric equipments working safely and normally.
Series NSH VFD transformer oil purifier is particularly suitable for treating high-grade transformer oil, super-voltage transformer oil and new transformer oil. It can be used for filtration of more than 110V substation live line work onsite. Meanwhile, Series VFD transformer oil purifier can be used as independent vacuum source with functions of vacuum drying and vacuum oiling.

1. Add Roots Pump supercharge system and secondary high vacuum separation dehydration and degasification system on the basis of high efficiency vacuum purifier, which enable the vacuum limit reaching ≤3Pa.
2. Being able to eliminate water, gas and impurities etc. harmful contaminants quickly and effectively under high vacuum and high speed operation status, could enhance the breakdown voltage up to 75KV.
3. Being able to remove little tiny water and various gases from oil, and ensure that there is no acetylene in oil.
4. This machine can inject insulation oil into transformers, and then make dryness disposal.
5. The advanced infrared liquid control automatically system, interlocking control for pressure protection and power heating system ensure that long-term safe and reliable operation.

III. Superiority of Transformer Oil Filtration Machine(compare to Single-Stage)
Compared with single-stage vacuum oil purifier, this machine is more quickly and more completely in dehydration, degasification and trash extraction; it makes the oil limited voltage- withstand value much higher. This machine has two purposes, which one as purification equipment; another can be an independent vacuum power supply. Besides, it can short the oil treating duration during installation and maintenance of transformer.
