1. Adopts the double-stage vacuum system, which can highly improve the machine’s working vacuum value. It can remove the water, gas, and impurities in transformer oil efficiently, increasing and maintaining the oil's dielectric strength, making sure the electric device is running safely.
2. Multi-stage precision filtration system; mesh filtration combined with molecular adsorption technologies can purify the impurity size to 1 micron.
3. Adopting the three-dimensional flash evaporation dehydration and degassing technology, it high efficiently separates water, gases from the oil, making the breakdown voltage rapidly increase to above 75KV.
4. Adopts an interlocked protective system, which connects oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leakage and electricity leakage. In case of any fault, the machine will turn off automatically. Operation is very safe.
5. High-quality components. The main components of our products, such as vacuum pump, oil pump and electric apparatus, are from SIEMENS, ABB, SCHNEIDER, and so on.
