I. Application of Transformer Oil Filtration Machine
NSH VFD insulation Oil Purifier equipment mainly used to improve the properties of insulation oil. It can remove trace water, gas, particulate matters etc. From the insulating oil, electric oil and transformer oil effectively and rapidly so as to boost performance of transformers, circuit breakers, mutual inductors, cable and capacitors which have insulation system.

◆This machine can work independently, also it can work with the oil regeneration system that can eliminate the acid, the color and reduce the PH value effectively, then further enhance the insulation value of oil.

III. Working Flow of Transformer Oil Filtration Machine
1. Oil will firstly flow through a coarse filter, which can filter out large particles and mechanical impurities from insulating oil.
2. Oil is heated uniformly by electric heater.
3. The special vacuum tank create a large oil surface and a resulting thin film, where the oil flows track and static water evaporation area were expanded to the largest extent, so that the effect of dehydration and degassing is maximized effectively.
4. After degassing and dehydration under vacuum, the oil is conveyed by through the fine filter and out of the plant.
5. Oil Circulation is recommended to achieve better effect of purification and filtration.
