I. Transformer Oil Filtration Description
The double stage oil purifier machine VFD Series, with variable flow capacity, is designed
for most economical conditioning and drying of insulating oils. It is specially suitable for on-site
installation, maintenance and purifying high level new oil, or running oil from big power transmission
and distribution equipment and transformers on national main power transformation grid, which is
above 110-750KV.
II. Transformer Oil Filtration Applications
The plants are designed for the following applications:
1. The plant is delivered ready for operation.
2. Applied for heating, filtering, drying and degassing of contaminated insulating oil used in transformers, mutual inductors, circuit breakers and switches, through put in one or several passes
3. There are two vacuum pumps for plant VFD (one is the vacuum pump, other one is the booster roots pump), which can improve the vacuum value highly. Making sure the water-content of the treated oil is less than 3 PPM.
4. All oil treatment plants, type VFD are equipped with an automatic Anti-Foam Control System.
5. The plant is equipped with built-in control and safety devices, which provides for a maximum operating security.
6. Minimised power consumption through optimised degassing (excellent efficiency factor).
7. Standardized filter housing for 1 micron or 5 micron, 20 micron filter cartridges.
8. Automatic supervision of the degree of contamination of the fine filter cartridges

VFD series: Insulation oil purifier System specialize in purifying branded oil, insulation oil of high voltage and super high voltage transformer. Additionally, it is suitable for treating low viscosity lubrication oil.
TF series: Turbine oil purifier system is particularly suitable for purifying turbine lubricating oil. It also applys to treat hydraulic, coolant oil and other lubrication in which contain large of water, vapor, impurities, sludge, dielectric and colloid. It can eliminate them effectively and efficiently.
LV series: Lubrication Oil Filter System are suitable especially for purifying and restoring hydraulic oil, machine oil, coolant oil and various other lubrication oil.
GER series: Used oil regeneration system is suitable to regenerate used internal-combustion engine oil including diesel engine oil, gasoline engine oil, and used hydraulic oil, other used lubrication oil of machinery.
GED series: it is used to recycle all kinds of waste oil into base oil or diesel oil with high quality.
