Chongqing High Technology Waste Turbine Oil Purifier Cleaning Machine and water separation is mainly be used for purifying unqualified turbine oil, especially for serious emulsion turbine oil, it can quickly and efficiently break emulsification, separate water, gas, particles from oil. So that makes sure quality of treated oil to achieve new oil's standard, ensure whole turbine system work safely.
This equipment use a special polymer materials as filter medium combined with vacuum separating technology to break emulsification, dewater, degas, remove acid and particles, make the badly turbid turbine oil becomes clear transparent.
II. Turbine Oil Purifier Description
TF can eliminate water,gas,impurities,colloid,dielectric etc. rapidly and effectively in high vacuum situation and make the waste oil reuse and extend the lifetime of oil and protect turbine and other machinery which has lubrication system from damage.

1. Eliminate soluble and dissolved water effectively and demulsify rapidly.
TF series can not only separate large quantity of water but also remove trace water from oil.Fitted with specially made demulsifying device(water separator).It is capable of making turbid emulsified oil very clear.
2. High effectively purify matters in oil such as impurities,sludge etc.
The automatic backwash filtering system can remove large amount of particulate matters and fine filter system can remove tiny particles.
