Introduction
Transformer Oil Purifier is developed for transformer oil degasification, dehydration and filtration processing on site at outside. The Purification Process of VFD Transformer Oil Purifier is able to maintain complete cleanness and improve dielectric strength of insulating oil.
Function
The main oil filtration function of mobile type series of single and double stage high-efficient vacuum oil purifier is to remove free and dissolved water, gases, and mechanical impurities from insulating oils so as to ensure its purity and improve its insulation property. It is suitable for the application to oil treatment 500KV super-voltage transforming equipment and 220KV transformer. It is also suitable for the treatment of capacitor oil, transformer oil and freezer oil.
Features:
1. Fully automatic temperature controlling system and multi-stages electric oil heater adopts low-load design to ensure uniform heating oil, the load is less than 1.0W/cm2, oil level and temperature protection of heater, which avoid cracking and aging of oil.
2. Mobile type with two or four tyres, completely closed structure, waterproof, dustproof, move easy.
3. Installation of car tyres,Bridge shock absorber, braking system and steel welding of entire trailer guarantee 60km/h speed.
4. Dealing with unqualified insulating oils, rapidly remove water, gas, particles from oil
5. Multi-stage precision filtration system, mesh filtration combined with molecular adsorption technologies
6. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
7. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system to ensure machine operation easy and safely.
