High Efficient Lubricating Oil Purifier Oil Purification For Lube Oil lubrication oil
Sino-NSH-LV Oil Purifier is a dehydration and degassing unit with thermal and vacuum processing. It is a multifunctional purifier which can treat various kinds of lubricant oils. It’s mainly used to remove dissolved and free water, and particulate impurities effectively so as to increase special indexes of lubrication oil. Combining with vacuum system, the multi-stage filtration system adopts a high dehydration efficiency. It has a strong anti-emulsifying capability, which could separate the large amount of water from oil and the trace water from oil. The clearness of final oil can be under 6 NAS and water can be under 100PPM after processing with our machine. It maintains an optimized structure and safe controls, as well as various types to meet the use of different working conditions.
Purpose and principle of lubricating oil filtration
1. Purpose of filtration
The process of separating solids from liquids through a medium is called filtration. According to the use characteristics of lubricating oil, the purpose of lubricating oil filtration is to control the size and number of mechanical particles in unit volume.
2. Filtration principle
The basic principle of filtration is that under the action of pressure difference, the liquid in the suspension passes through the permeable medium (filter medium), and the solid particles are intercepted by the medium, so as to realize the separation of liquid and solid.
The commonly used filtration methods can be divided into gravity filtration, vacuum filtration, pressure filtration and centrifugal filtration.
Filter medium is divided into filter cake filter and deep filter, filter cake filter application surface filter, usually filter high concentration of suspension (volume concentration >1%); Deep filtration is a process in which solid particles are trapped in the pores inside the medium and fine solid particles are separated from the very thin suspension. In the case of similar efficiency, the initial pressure of the deep filtration is generally higher than that of the surface filter, and the pressure drop will gradually increase with the increase of the collected particles.
