36kW 3000L/H Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier Description:
1. Double-Stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier is a dehydration and degassing unit with thermal and double-stage vacuum processing.
2. Double-Stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier is mainly used to improve the properties of insulating oils in electric power transformer and other oil filed electrical equipment. It can remove dissolved and free water, dissolved gas and particulate impurities effectively so as to increase special indexes of insulation oil.
3.Combines vacuum flashing evaporation technology and delaminating gradual-close filter technology to reach best performance of oil purification. Meanwhile, by integrating efficient thermal and double-stage vacuum, the breakdown voltage is highly improved, which can be increased from 25kV to over 70kV.
4. Maintains an optimized structure and safe controls as as to meet compresive requirement of transformer manufacturers and service company.

5. Foam level detector
When there id foam in the tank and foam reahesa certain level, a singal will be sent to the magnetic valve, the magnetic valve will automatically shut on. The foam will be removed quickly, after removing foa, the magnetic valve will shut off.
6. SINO-NSH-PLC with touch screen and data monitor
Pre-set programmable logical control. Touch screen is installed on the control cabinet and programmed to provide a simplified flow diagram showing all maior components. All operating controls shall be located on th eflow diagram, and maior function are controlled and adjusted by the touch of screen. It allows maximum real-time feedback of collecting data and value on the screen(function customizable).
