Vacuum Turbine Oil Purifier Characteristics:

| Sino-NSH-TF-Z is a dehydration and filtration unit, especially suits for purification of turbine oil and fuel, etc. Sino-NSH-TF-Z combines the latest innovations in coalescence separation technology and micro-glass filter media in one system to achieve optimal fluid cleanliness. With specially designed filter elements, it can efficiently separate water from oil quickly, break the emulsification, as well as remove particulate pollutants. After separation, the water content can be reduced to less than 100 PPM, and the cleanliness can reach or better than NAS4~6 Grade. Sino-NSH-TF-Z can effectively save operating costs as no heating or vacuum is required, and it is designed for continuous operation and unattened operation. |
| NSH-TC Turbine Oil Vacuum Purifier and Centrifugal Combination Plant |
| Sino-NSH-TC is a comlete oil purification system integrating vacuum oil purifier and centrifugal separator, widely used for the filtration and purification of turbine oil, as well as other lubricant oils. Sino-NSH-TC adopts vacuum and centrifugal technology, designed to meet the divers needs of customers. It can effectively remove free water, dissolved water as well as emulsified water, reduce the water content to less than 100 PM. Also remove the particulate contamination from oil with high precision centrifugal separator. Centrifugal separator is able to remove 99.95% of solid contaminates and 99.4% of water. Various capacities are avaliable for this system, and some optional devices such as PLC control system, Container structure, etc. |

When there id foam in the tank and foam reahesa certain level, a singal will be sent to the magnetic valve, the magnetic valve will automatically shut on. The foam will be removed quickly, after removing foa, the magnetic valve will shut off.

Pre-set programmable logical control. Touch screen is installed on the control cabinet and programmed to provide a simplified flow diagram showing all maior components. All operating controls shall be located on th eflow diagram, and maior function are controlled and adjusted by the touch of screen. It allows maximum real-time feedback of collecting data and value on the screen(function customizable).
