What situation is the machine suitable for?
The lubricating oil vacuum oil purifier mainly deals with unqualified mechanical oil, hydraulic oil, compressor oil, refrigeration oil and other industrial oils. It is suitable for purification and regeneration of various lubrication in petroleum, chemical, mining, metallurgy, electric power, transportation, machinery manufacturing, railway and other industries.
Why should the oil filtration machine be adopted?
The portable lube oil purifier can quickly and effectively remove moisture, gas, impurities and volatiles etc, to restore the viscosity, flash point and service properties of the oil. The treated lubricating oil has low emulsification value, little water content and high impurity accuracy, and can be reused in high-precision hydraulic lubrication equipment.

1. Sino-NSH-LV is a dehydration and degassing unit with thermal and vacuum processing. It is a multifuncational purifier which can treat various kinds of lubricant oils.
2. Sino-NSH-LV is mainly used to remove dissolved and fee water,and particulate impurities effectively so as to increase special indexes of lubricant oil. Combining with vacuum system, the multi-stage filtration system adopts a high dehydration efficiency,it has a strong anti-emulsifying capability, which could separate the large amount of water from oil and trace water from oil. The clearness of final oil can be under 6 NAS and water can be under 100PPM after processing with our machine.
3. Sino-NSH-LV maintains an optimized structure and safe controls so as to meet comprehensive requirements of transformer manufacturers and service companies.
