working principle

The higher the vacuum degree, the greater the boiling point drops and the faster the evaporation of water. Similarly, the higher the temperature, the faster the water evaporation, using this principle through heating and high vacuum can quickly and effectively remove the water in the oil, and through the filter to remove the impurities in the oil, finally achieve the effect of purifying the oil quality.
working process
After the oil is inhaled to the heater through the crude filter, the temperature rises, and the initial oil and gas and oil and water are separated in the
first-stage vacuum separation tank, and then the oil and gas are separated completely in the second-stage vacuum separation tank. The water and gas are removed by the booster pump and vacuum pump, and the oil is output by the oil pump and fine filter.
